KAMPS hold free eye camp for the poor eye patients regularly as an annual program. In the last one decade KAMPS has operated cataract surgery of 3050 eye patients. Usually the patients have to get registered during the annual free medical camp, organized by the KAMPS at Tangail in the month of February. Then the patients are divided into some groups and brought to Dhaka to operate them in phases. KAMPS contracts with some hospitals like The Lions Eye Hospital, Bangladesh Eye Hospital and some others to get the patients operated. 

The patients get facilities of staying two to three days in Dhaka along with meal and transportation from KAMPS totally free of costs. KAMPS officials remain engaged to bring the patients to Dhaka and also to return them to their home. This initiative of KAMPS has been a dependable source for the poor eye patients to get cataract surgery and to see the light of the earth again.
